-- Best Frozen Kong Recipes for Dogs (Easy to Advanced Kong Stuffing Techniques) --

These kong recipes are great for dogs and puppies. We show three different recipes, and each one is harder for your dog to solve, giving them more time to enjoy your kong stuffing work!

 ► Easy

Using canned dog food, spread some food on the inside of the kong, making sure to too pack it too tightly. If you’d like, you can sprinkle some kibble in there too! Freeze for a greater challenge

 ► Moderate

Puree banana, unsweetened greek yogurt and peanut butter (make sure it doesn’t have xylitol!) in a food processor until smooth. You can put as much or as little in as you would like, but we used 2 bananas, 8 oz of greek yogurt and 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter to fill 2-3 kongs.

Once pureed, layer the banana mixture with kibble and press down into the kong. Freeze for a greater challenge.

 ► Advanced

Using kibble and meat nuggets, mash alternating layers of kibble and raw food into the kong, pressing down thoroughly, creating a cement like mixture in the kong. Freeze for a greater challenge! Don’t try this one first with a dog that is new to kongs! It is very difficult and novice dogs will get frustrated easily!
